Patriots OC Josh McDaniels ready to adapt if Danny Amendola, Aaron Dobson can't go

The Patriots receiving corps has been decimated by injury the last few weeks.

Dion Lewis two weeks ago followed by Julian Edelman last week. Then Danny Amendola and Aaron Dobson were taken out of last night's game.

And while Amendola's knee injury isn't thought to be severe, there's still something to be said for New England's depth on offense.

On Monday night, Patriots quarterback Tom Brady targeted nine different receivers with seven registering catches.

Patriots offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels credited the team's versatility on Tuesday.

"I'm not sure I've ever been in a situation where we lost two (receivers) in the same game," McDaniels said of Amendola and Dobson.
