FOXBORO — Patriots cornerback Tarell Brown is still playing his part.
Brown has been on injured reserve since Oct. 17, but the veteran said he has been at Gillette Stadium every day to rehab his surgically repaired foot and help his teammates in any way possible. It’s been the best way for Brown to stay involved during a difficult personal situation.
“It’s bittersweet,” Brown said. “It’s definitely frustrating as an individual, but it’s a team game. I understand it’s part of the game, and I still have to do my part. I’m still part of the team, and I can encourage and help guys from afar and let them know what I see.
