The Patriots defensive tackle wants to know why the compliments have been streaming in his direction recently. Yeah, he knows he is playing well, but he doesn’t think his performance is any different from earlier in the season.
“Why does everyone keep saying that I’m rolling?” Branch said yesterday when presented with the idea that he is riding a hot streak. “Are my stats showing now? I don’t look at the stats.
“I was always wondering why everyone kept saying that. I feel like I’ve got the same amount of (production) throughout the year.
