New England Patriots rookie cornerback Kobee Minor really doesn’t mind being the final pick in the NFL Draft, which has long held the title Mr. Irrelevant.
Minor joins a distinct club of NFL players who usually don’t make it big in the league, except for San Francisco 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy and a few other rare exceptions. As the 275th pick, Minor sees it as an opportunity with a chip on his shoulder.
“To me, I love it because I've never been a highly recruited guy,” Minor told the media on Saturday. “I've never been one of the top guys.
