Patriots receiver Michael Floyd pleaded guilty to a drunken driving offense in Arizona that will result in him spending 24 days in jail.
Floyd was arrested in December on an extreme DUI charge with an alleged blood alcohol level of .217.
He was sentenced to 120 days, with the final 96 days to be served in home detention, as Fox 10 in Arizona reported.
The Patriots claimed Floyd on waivers just three days after he was arrested in Scottsdale, Ariz., and then promptly cut by the Cardinals.
The 2012 first-round pick played in two games for the Patriots.
