The New England Patriots were the subject of multiple rumors over the last few days, but when push came to shove they decided to stay put. The team did not make any moves at the 2024 NFL trade deadline.
Even though de facto general manager Eliot Wolf was involved in some talks, and several trades were made around the league, nothing transpired at One Patriot Place on Tuesday. The trading window closed at 4 p.m. ET, and the Patriots let it do so quietly.
As a consequence, the players rumored to possibly be available for trade will therefore remain on the roster.
