The New England Patriots had a busy week. In between preparing for their upcoming game against the Tennessee Titans, the team made numerous personnel moves impacting its active 53-man roster and its 10-man practice squad. The latest of those moves happened yesterday: as the Patriots announced, they signed wide receiver Damoun Patterson to their practice squad and released running back Josh Ferguson.
Patterson originally entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent. The Youngstown State product was signed by the Pittsburgh Steelers and had a solid 2018 preseason: he caught a team-high nine passes for 112 yards and a touchdown, with the majority of his production coming in week one.
