Ever since the New England Patriots acquired linebacker Kyle Van Noy in the middle of the 2016 season, Van Noy has been a leader both on and off the field. When he’s not busy exceeding expectations on the field, he’s leading the Van Noy Valor Foundation with the goal of empowering adopted, foster, and disadvantaged youth through mentorship programs and special events.
Van Noy was inspired to start his foundation in 2014 because he was adopted as a baby and wanted to give other kids in a similar situation the “resources and tools to grow.
