The New England Patriots will visit the Chicago Bears with veteran reinforcements.
The organization elevated tight end Mitchell Wilcox and linebacker Joe Giles-Harris from the practice squad on the eve of Sunday’s matchup at Soldier Field, as first shared by ESPN’s Mike Reiss.
It will mark the second call-up of the season for both.
Wilcox, 28, reverted after playing 17 snaps on special teams versus the San Francisco 49ers in his 2024 debut. The 6-foot-4, 250-pound South Florida product had signed to the practice squad after being released at the NFL’s 53-man roster deadline in August.
