FOXBOROUGH, Mass. -- The New England Patriots and defensive tackle Christian Barmore have reached agreement on a four-year deal with a maximum value of $92 million, agent Nicole Lynn told ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Barmore's deal includes $41.8 million in guaranteed money, a source told ESPN's Jeremy Fowler.
The 6-foot-5, 315-pound Barmore was selected in the second round of the 2021 draft out of Alabama (No. 38 overall). He was entering the final year of his contract in 2024 and scheduled to earn a base salary of $1.82 million.
The four-year extension is through the 2028 season.
