If there was one dream draft prospect for the New England Patriots in 2025, most would pick Penn State edge rusher Abdul Carter. The projected top-five draft pick met with New England at the NFL Scouting Combine, and Carter had an opportunity to speak with Patriots coach Mike Vrabel.
Carter was a key cog in the Nittany Lions' defensive attack. He led college football with 24 tackles for a loss and 66 pressures, while also recording 12 sacks last season. He finished his run in Happy Valley playing in 42 games and starting in 35 of them.
