DENVER -- The New England Patriots downgraded offensive tackle LaAdrian Waddle (shoulder) and guard Tre' Jackson (knee) to out for Sunday's AFC Championship Game against the Denver Broncos.
Both players were inactive for the Patriots' divisional-round win over the Chiefs last weekend.
Waddle would have been the No. 3 tackle, while Jackson has been part of a three-man rotation at guard. This means Josh Kline (3rd year) and Shaq Mason (rookie) will once again start at guard.
The Patriots will have five more players to declare inactive by 90 minutes before kickoff.
