The New England Patriots’ home opener against the Seattle Seahawks was a close, hotly-contested affair. And while the Patriots did have their chances to come away victorious for a second straight week, they ultimately ended up losing 23-20 in overtime.

“That’s part of my message: it’s all about the details. We get the little things right, the big things will take care of themselves,” the Patriots’ first-year head coach said during his postgame press conference.
“We just didn’t take care of the little things, and weren’t as detailed, or I should say on top of our Ps and Qs, like we should have been.
