FOXBORO — The Patriots’ big fellas have begun to throw their weight around.
The collection of defensive tackles are coming off their best game of the season against the Jets, and coach Bill Belichick has been highly complimentary of Malcom Brown’s ongoing emergence in the middle. The biggest boost came from Alan Branch’s best game, which occurred on the heels of his benching.
If that duo continues to trend in a positive direction with Lawrence Guy and Adam Butler as backups, it’ll do wonders for the defensive group around them.
“We’re really just working, trying to get the camaraderie and chemistry together,” Brown said.
