A second horse-collar tackle committed by Keion White this season has prompted the NFL to fine him again.

The Patriots defensive end received a hefty $22,511 fine from the league Saturday following his horse-collar penalty against Titans running back Tony Pollard last week.

White grabbed the inside of the back collar of Pollard’s jersey in the second quarter last Sunday. The play resulted in a 15-yard penalty for New England in a close game that didn’t give the Patriots much room for error.

This isn’t the first time White has been fined for a personal foul this year.
