David Andrews grew into his own with the New England Patriots as one of the current veterans and a staple across regimes of the offensive line in Foxboro.
That experience grew over time, including a number of instances that shaped the veteran center that he can laugh at years later in his Patriots career. Andrews recently shared a story from an in-stadium practice for fans at Gillette Stadium in his rookie season in 2025. Working with then-four-time Super Bowl champion quarterback Tom Brady, Andrews had a slip up with quite the crowd looking on.
"I thought Tom was under center, but he was in the shotgun," Andrews recalled, per team social media.
