Even after a heartbreaking loss to the Seattle Seahawks, the New England Patriots didn't drop significantly in ESPN’s latest power rankings.
The Patriots were sitting at No. 24 in the rankings last week after their upset win over the Cincinnati Bengals in the season opener. The loss to the Seahawks on Sunday dropped them only one spot to No. 25.
They faced a Seahawks team that made the playoffs last season and took them into deep waters in a 23-20 overtime loss.
Up next, they have a chance to get their first divisional win of the season as they take on the New York Jets on Thursday Night Football.
