Patriots announce changes to player personnel staff under Eliot Wolf

The Patriots announced five new hires and four staff promotions on the personnel staff Tuesday.

New Hires

Alonzo Highsmith, who was the No. 3 overall pick in the 1986 NFL Draft, has joined the team as a senior personnel executive. He spent 19 seasons with the Packers in various roles before spending a pair of seasons with the Browns as vice president of personnel.

Casey Belognia has been hired as an area scout focusing on the Midwest. Belognia has a decade worth of experience with the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Bob Kronenberg, who had a brief stint as an assistant offensive line coach with the Falcons, comes to the Patriots as a pro scout.
