The Patriots made a couple of moves to fill open rosters spots today, signing linebacker Nicholas Grigsby and offensive lineman Jason King to the 53-man roster.
The Patriots plucked Grigsby from the Baltimore Ravens' practice squad. Grigsby, 25, had been with the L.A. Rams in training camp, but was released prior to the start of the regular season. He played six games for the Rams in 2016. The 6-foot-2, 230 pounder joined the Ravens practice squad Sept. 19.
King, 24, signed with the Patriots as a rookie free agent from Purdue in May earlier this year. He went through training camp with the team but was released prior to the start of the regular season.
