Stints on physically unable to perform and injured reserve have ended after four games.
The New England Patriots officially activated wide receiver Kendrick Bourne and safety Marte Mapu ahead of Sunday’s matchup with the Miami Dolphins, as first reported by NFL Media’s Tom Pelissero and MassLive’s Mark Daniels.
Both returned to practice as limited participants earlier in the week and were listed as questionable on the final injury report.
Bourne, 29, spent all of training camp on the PUP list while recovering from a torn right ACL sustained last October.
