The New England Patriots’ cornerback position suffered several blows during the 2023 season, prompting the club to look for additional ways of improving the group’s depth. The waiver wire was one of those, and it led to Marco Wilson’s arrival in late December.
With one year left on his rookie deal, Wilson also could play a role for the Patriots this coming season. Whether he actually will is a different story, though.
