Variety is the spice of life.
Rob Ninkovich lines up against Tom Brady everyday, but is relishing the opportunity to get after Drew Brees in joint practices.
Both quarterbacks are pocket passers, but the defensive end says their habits in the pocket are different, which makes practice time against Brees valuable.
"Its two different types of styles," Ninkovich said. "Drew, he likes to be a moving quarterback in the pocket. He understands the rush concepts and he's able to step up and kill you with his pocket awareness. He's a guy that has great pocket awareness, he knows where to go and he's a little bit shorter than Tom, so you know, he looks down the field a little bit differently.
