The New England Patriots reportedly are adding another body at tight end as training camp ramps up.
The Patriots are signing free-agent tight end Paul Butler, NESN.com's Doug Kyed reported Monday.
Butler signed with the then-Oakland Raiders as an undrafted free agent in 2018 and spent most of the 2019 season on injured reserve before joining the Detroit Lions last December.

Butler re-signed with the Raiders this spring, but Las Vegas cut him earlier this month.
