The NFL implemented new rule changes Tuesday to take effect during the 2016 season, focusing on establishing new regulations regarding chop blocks, PATs, horse collar tackles, among others.

Chop blocks will now be illegal, and the horse collar tackle rule has been expanded to include when a defender grabs a jersey at the nameplate or above and pulls the runner to the ground.
