Sitting at 1-6, and showing no signs of turning their season around, it’s looking likely that the Patriots could be sellers ahead of the Nov. 5 trade deadline.
But, as The Athletic’s Chad Graff pointed out, they don’t exactly have much to sell. Two veterans, however, could potentially intrigue one NFC perennial contender.
Davon Godchaux and Kendrick Bourne are both names to monitor, according to Graff’s colleague Dianna Russini. In a column Saturday about potential trade targets for the 49ers, Russini listed the defensive lineman Godchaux and wide receiver Bourne as potential options.
