The New England Patriots made the bold decision to move on from head coach and de facto general manager Bill Belichick last offseason after 24 years and six Super Bowl wins.
New England quickly replaced Belichick with Jerod Mayo, who owner Robert Kraft handpicked for the position five years ago when Belichick and Tom Brady were still together in Foxboro.
Unfortunately, things haven't been great for Mayo in his first season, as the team has a 3-10 through their first 13 games and there hasn't seemed to be much progression from young players apart from rookie quarterback Drake Maye.
