CINCINNATI — A veteran NFL running back has pleaded no contest and paid a fine to settle a misdemeanor count of marijuana possession in Ohio.
Court documents at Eaton Municipal Court show Ahmad (AH'-mahd) Bradshaw paid $351 in fines and costs under the plea agreement. His Ohio driving privileges are suspended for six months.
A second minor misdemeanor charge of following too close was dismissed.
The 29-year-old free agent had earlier pleaded not guilty to the charges from a Feb. 5 traffic stop in western Ohio by the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
Troopers said they found a small amount of marijuana in the car he was driving.
