One of the New England Patriots’ main rivals for the AFC this century is undergoing a period of turmoil: not only will running back Le’Veon Bell leave the Pittsburgh Steelers soon — possibly for the New York Jets — but another core member of the club’s offense is also likely on the move. Earlier this offseason, Antonio Brown demanded a trade and it now looks as if the Steelers will meet his demands.
According to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport and ESPN’s Adam Schefter, Pittsburgh has told teams that a move will be made soon — potentially as early as Friday — and that three more clubs have joined the sweepstakes.
