New York Jets add former Super Bowl starter to stacked cornerbacks' room

The New York Jets are adding starter to a position of wealth.

The Jets, who have arguably the best collection of cornerbacks in the NFL, have agreed to terms with veteran cornerback Jalen Mills on a Practice Squad contract. ESPN's Adam Schefter was the first to report the move on Monday evening.

Mills was with the New York Giants this past summer, but he arrived to training camp with a calf injury and was never activated off the Non-Football Injury list. The Giants released him on August 15.

Apparently back to full health, Mills looks to get on the field for what will be his ninth NFL season.
