The New England Patriots need to bolster their wide receiver group this offseason, and one of the top wideouts became available last week when Cooper Kupp announced the Los Angeles Rams informed him of their intent to trade him.
While it’s unclear whether New England will seriously pursue Kupp, one anonymous AFC executive told ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler the Patriots would be “foolish” to not consider making a trade happen.
Kupp has two years left on his three-year deal with the Rams, is guaranteed $5 million and is projected to have a $29.
