FOXBOROUGH – The Patriots will have a new kicker to start the 2025 NFL season.
It’s unknown who that will be, but if one thing is certain, we’ll see a kicker competition unfold this offseason.
On Friday, Patriots Special Teams Coordinator Jeremy Springer said he’s already informed the lone kicker on their roster, John Parker Romo, that the team will bring in another kicker this offseason.
Springer has been making the rounds this offseason to Pro Days all over the country. By now, he noted that he and assistant Tom Quinn have scouted every kicking prospect in the nation.
