Running back LeGarrette Blount is back on the New England Patriots’ 53-man roster after serving his NFL suspension for the season-opener, and to make room for him, the club waived linebacker Eric Martin on Saturday.
Martin, a third-year player out of Nebraska, was active in the season opener and played 16 snaps on special teams.
