FOXBOROUGH, Mass. -- Much has changed since the initial 53-man roster projection leading into New England Patriots training camp.

Here is an updated projection heading into Friday night's preseason game against the Panthers:

Quarterbacks (2): Tom Brady, Jimmy Garoppolo (cut: Ryan Lindley)

Quick-hit: For now, proceeding on the assumption that Brady will either win in court or have some type of appeal that keeps him on the roster.
