The next stage in the offseason is the NFL Draft, and the New England Patriots certainly have a lot of holes in their roster that they can fill via their 12 draft picks.
Not all of these selections will belong to the Patriots, though. Bill Belichick always makes at least three or four trades throughout the draft. These transactions are designed to either move out of a particular round or up a particular round.
The Patriots head coach is also no stranger to trading picks for next year’s draft either, as he has a long (and successful) history of doing so.
