DICKINSON — The #9 Tigers were unable to climb out of the early hole in their quarterfinal match up against the #1 Miners during the opening round of Region 7 tournament. Their season ended with the 59-31 defeat at Dickinson Trinity’s gymnasium on March 7.
New England's attempt to get a handle on Beulah's powerful offensive play was never going to be an easy task, but the possibility shrunk more so when they could not find a response to the Miners’ aggressive press play early.
“They (Beulah) came out and pressured us and we didn't get into any of our offensive sets, and so credit them and their pressure,” New England head coach Kaine Hanson said.
