The Patriots have a massive hole to fill on Tom Brady's blindside this year.
With Nate Solder leaving town, it's the first time in many years that Brady has needed a new left tackle.
It looks like heading to a new team was an extremely difficult decision for the 29 year-old Solder to make.
In Today's Boston Globe he took out a full-page ad for the sole purpose of thanking New England for the support over the years. It reads as follows:
"Thank you! Words cannot adequately express our family's gratitude for everything you have done for us.
