Five-time Olympic medalist Nastia Liukin stopped by the TB12 Sports Therapy Center for a turf time workout last week.
The visit was Liukin’s first to the TB Center, where she experienced much of what Patriots quarterback Tom Brady discusses in his performance guide, “The TB12 Method: How to Achieve a Lifetime of Sustained Peak Performance.” Liukin sampled Brady’s TB12 electrolytes and trained with some of the equipment that is central to his fitness regimen, like resistance bands and vibrating foam rollers.
After the session, Liukin praised the full-body workout for its low-impact — but still challenging and beneficial — exercises.
