During the last three seconds of Super Bowl LVIII on Sunday night, Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs accomplished something that only seven other teams have done before them: win back-to-back titles.
In a 25-22 victory over the San Francisco 49ers, the Chiefs became the first team in 19 years to pull off a Super Bowl repeat win. The last team to do it? Tom Brady and the 2003-04 Patriots in Super Bowl XXXIX.
In just five years, Mahomes has tucked three Super Bowl wins and three MVP titles under his belt.
