Matthew Judon issued a strong response on social media on Saturday, following a report that he wouldn’t play under his current contract with the New England Patriots.
The four-time Pro Bowler is entering the final year of his deal, and the two sides have yet to agree on an extension.
Judon has given every indication publicly that he intends to play out his deal with no fuss. However, per the Boston Sports Journal’s Greg Bedard, the veteran linebacker is playing nice to the public, but people behind the scenes are saying he is “not going to play under his current contract.
