New England Patriots quarterback Mac Jones seems to have a positive early impression of offensive coordinator Bill O’Brien, with the team currently in the middle of OTAs.
O’Brien was brought in from Alabama in January to help the Patriots revamp the offense. Jones has familiarity with the Alabama offense, having been a part of it for three seasons. O’Brien was with Alabama from 2021-2022. So there was only a little overlap between Jones and O’Brien ahead of the 2021 NFL draft.
New England will be looking to establish more consistency on offense after a disastrous 2022 campaign.
