Logan Ryan should be viewed as a favorite to start at cornerback in 2015 as the top-rated survivor of the Patriots' offseason purge at the position, and he played well enough today in practice to instill some good vibes.
Ryan broke up three passes and was constantly around the ball during the OTA session at Gillette Stadium, and he has been the team's No. 1 corner at camp over the past couple weeks.
"It’s early," Ryan said. "Just working a lot on my technique, trying to get better day by day as a player, as a corner, and that’s what we’re trying to do as a whole group right now.
