Ochaun Mathis reverted to the New England Patriots’ practice squad on Monday after serving as a standard elevation in London.
The 32-16 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars marked the second call-up of October for the outside linebacker.
Mathis, 25, recorded his first tackle of the season on his lone defensive snap at Wembley Stadium. It arrived after halftime against running back Tank Bigsby, netting a gain of three yards. He also handled 50 percent of Sunday’s workload in the kicking game.
The 6-foot-5, 260-pound August addition to the practice squad previously reverted after making his debut versus the Miami Dolphins.
