New England Patriots center David Andrews is getting multiple medical opinions on his shoulder injury, according to a report from MassLive’s Karen Guregian and Mark Daniels.
The center suffered the injury in the first quarter of Sunday’s loss to the San Francisco 49ers.
Andrews has been one of the few dependable players on a Patriots offensive line that has been in flux for a few seasons. He played all 17 games last season, which included every offensive snap. Consistency has been one of his greatest traits in the 124 career games he's played in during his NFL tenure.
