The New York Giants are reportedly hosting Colorado quarterback Shedeur Sanders for a final private workout before the 2025 NFL draft, per ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Most projections up to this point have the Giants selecting either Colorado's Travis Hunter or Penn State's Abdul Carter with the No. 3 overall pick. But they clearly have an interest in Sanders.
It makes sense considering they currently have no long-term options at quarterback. They've put a light bandage on things by signing two aging quarterbacks in free agency, Russell Wilson and Jameis Winston. Adding a player like Sanders could potentially set them up with a franchise quarterback for the future.
