ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. — While the Buffalo Bills have won the last two AFC East division crowns and advanced to the AFC Championship Game last season, there is a sense in Western New York that there’s still something missing from the resume they are compiling under coach Sean McDermott.
After embarrassing the Bills for nearly two decades, a dominance by one NFL team or another that was nearly unprecedented, the New England Patriots still hold some sway over Buffalo.
