Just as James White isn't trying to be 'Superman,' Scott Chandler isn't trying to be Rob Gronkowski

FOXBOROUGH — When Dion Lewis went down with a torn ACL, his replacement, James White, reminded everyone that he wouldn't be Lewis 2.0.

"You've just got to be yourself," White said in early November. "You can't be Superman and do exactly what he was doing. I'm going to do whatever I can."

For seven games, Lewis was pretty damn close to being Superman, averaging 88.8 yards from scrimmage on 12.1 touches.

And Rob Gronkowski, injured during the Week 12 loss to Denver, essentially is Superman. He is a one-of-a-kind talent at his position, and his production won't be duplicated.
