Last offseason was a whirlwind for JuJu Smith-Schuster. After winning Super Bowl LVII with the Chiefs, the wide receiver inked a three-year deal with the New England Patriots in free agency.
But after playing into February, an offseason knee procedure cut into Smith-Schuster’s availability during OTA’s with his new club as he estimates he was 60 percent healthy last spring.
This offseason, however, rest was the priority — which led to plenty of nights binge watching “Bridgerton” on Netflix. With the added rest, Smith-Schuster believes he is finally at 100 percent.
“It’s a big difference,” Smith-Schuster said Monday after practice.
