FALL RIVER, Mass. (AP) -- A Massachusetts judge has temporarily barred the sale of a Hummer owned by former New England Patriots player and convicted murderer Aaron Hernandez.
Bristol County Superior Court Judge Richard Moses this week issued a temporary restraining order barring anyone from selling the 2005 Hummer, which turned up for sale at a used car lot in Wrentham this month.
Moses is overseeing a lawsuit brought by Ursula Ward, the mother of Odin Lloyd, the man Hernandez was convicted of killing. Her lawyers have been trying to track Hernandez's assets.
