Appearing on the 98.5 the Sports Hub pregame show, team president Jonathan Kraft was asked about the reinstatement of Patriots employees Jim McNally and John Jastremski, whose text messages were central to the Wells report in the Deflategate investigation that led to, among other penalties, a four-game suspension for Tom Brady that Judge Richard Berman wiped out.
Asked if it was important for the NFL to get them reinstated and what their jobs will be with the teams be moving forward, Kraft said, "I think putting the whole air pressure situation behind us and anything that was within our control and trying to get it cleaned up was important.
