Due to the fact that he is recovering from groin surgery, New England Patriots cornerback Jason McCourty has been allowed at Gillette Stadium. With the coronavirus pandemic, most NFL facilities are still shut down. However, players who are rehabbing from injuries are allowed inside the Gillette confines.
He was asked if he felt it was weird reporting to an empty stadium.
“At this point, no,” He said on a videoconference call. “I guess, what constitutes as weird has dramatically changed throughout the last few months. We’ve been in it so long that this has become rather normal to us at this point.
